Position Description:
We are seeking a partner to join our practice! Currently we are three board-certified experienced obstetrician/gynecologists who practice the spectrum of OB/GYN. We are a teaching faculty and educate our family practice interns and residents, transitional interns, University of Iowa medical students and Des Moines University medical students. We also have a family practice faculty with OB privileges as part of our practice as well as an OB fellow. We share call with him as well as the other family practice staff who continue to practice obstetrics. We have three midwives who have their own practice, and we are available as needed for consultation.
This past year we averaged 60 deliveries per month. Our numbers continue to rise as we have a new beautiful labor and delivery unit! Our operating rooms are newly renovated and robotic equipped. We have the flexibility to operate together, particularly for challenging cases. Our group is a collaborative group and we enjoy working together! We are excited to post this opportunity!
