Centerplate, a Sodexo company, at the Florida State Fairgrounds, located in Tampa Florida is seeking a Sous Chef II. Principal Functions It is the first level of management within a commercial kitchen. Directly supervises the preparation and production of the unit's menu. Directs all aspects of food service production and service, ensuring that approved food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Requires: Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation. Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate.
