We are looking for an RPA Engineer to join our IT team. As an RPA Engineer, you will become a key member of the team that works with business units to identify and deliver results on high-impact projects leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other advanced technologies. Your objective is to partner with functional Subject Matter Experts to document as-is processes and decision making to support and execute RPA deployment. As a result of direct collaboration with the functional process teams, this role will help prioritize projects and optimize business processes throughout organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct current state assessments - identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and define the target state solution approach
- Assist internal customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models
- Observe operational processes and recommend automated solutions that will increase efficiency, revenue, and/or reduce errors
- Create Business Case and ROI which can be submitted for review and approvals
- Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience using RPA technology (Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath) to design, build, successfully deploy, and maintain automations
- Has proficient knowledge in programming languages such as C# or Python.
