EHR Trainer Step Range 28 ($61,218) – 47 ($107,347) Full Benefits Regular – Full -Time Position located in Klamath Falls/Chiloquin.

POSITION OBJECTIVES The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Trainer will function as a Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the EHR, in coordination with the EHR Coordinator and EHR Specialist. The EHR Trainer will be responsible for training physicians and clinical staff and support staff in all KTHFS departments on current workflows and customizations of the EHR. Training primarily take place in person, in a live environment as well as utilizing virtual platforms as requested or required. The EHR Trainer will leverage clinical expertise, EHR knowledge, knowledge of provider workflow, practice management, clinical relationships, and overall health care industry experience. The EHR Trainer will promote adoption and optimization, development and delivery of training through planning, implementing and maintaining a training program based on needs assessments, self-education on upgrade enhancements, and overall organizational goals and changes.
