Street Outreach Manager Step Range: 25 ($56,023) – 44 ($98,238) Regular – Full –Time Full Benefits
The manager is responsible for implementation and management of the street outreach program, activities and related grants for Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services. The purpose of the project is to increase awareness of the Opioid/Stimulant use and misuse and provide culturally specific community-based outreach and engagement. The manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the project ensuring that we are building trusting relationships with clients and community partners. Primary duties include oversight of the team working to engage homeless opioid and other substance use individuals via street outreach activities, coordinate referrals and warm handoffs to other programs and services at the moment the individuals are ready. This position reports directly to the Behavior Health Director. This position reports directly to the Behavioral Health Director and works as a team with the Health General Manager, staff, community partners and project consultants.
Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services is a division of the Klamath Tribes and is responsible for providing healthcare services to the Native American population who reside in Klamath County. Any person living in Klamath County who is able to provide proof of their Native American heritage is eligible to receive healthcare services at The Klamath Tribes Wellness Central Health Director and works as a team with the Health General Manager, staff, community partners and project consultants.
