Job Description | The SP Program Coordinator for the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) is responsible for managing the Standardized Patient Program in support of clinical examinations for multiple health professions programs. |
Required Qualifications | *associates degree or equivalent experience. |
Preferred Qualifications | *bachelors degree in education, health profession or related field. |

Job Duty | Manage Clinical Exam Center schedule for clinical encounters and tours; |

Job Duty | Recruit and identify new SPs needed scenarios; |

Job Duty | Evaluate SP performance and help improve performance; |

Job Duty | Schedule SPs as needed for training and encounters; |

Job Duty | Manage and approve electronic time sheet submissions for SP training and encounters; |

Job Duty | Set up tours for prospective SP/SC candidates; |

Job Duty | Set-up training opportunities and workshops for SPs including but not limited to maintaining the SP Essentials training Organization in the Black Board learning management system by creating videos, learning handouts and presentations; |

Job Duty | Clean, open, organize and monitor CEC rooms daily; |

Job Duty | Clean, organize and prep CEC rooms for encounters making sure necessary supplies are in the rooms; |

Job Duty | Set-up B-Line scenario, exam flow, evaluations, etc. for masters level and undergraduate program encounters; |

Job Duty | Order supplies for clinical exam center through collaboration with Simulation Center Manager; |

Job Duty | Conduct wall equipment checks in exam rooms prior to encounters and order supplies as needed; |

Job Duty | Serve as voice or nurse for SIM labs and assist with SIMs as needed; |
---|
Job Duty | Create with Clinical Exam Center and Simulation Managers student schedules for encounters; |

Job Duty | Manage the SP Program filing system; |

Job Duty | Make payments to SPs; |

Job Duty | Create SP budgets annually; |

Job Duty | Work with Clinical Skills USA for update of contract and scheduling; |

Job Duty | Manage OSCE graders; |

Job Duty | Monitor use of budget funds. |

Job Duty | participate on university committees; |

Job Duty | complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites; |
