Bookkeeper and Insurance Billing Specialist

Dental Office Bookkeeper and Insurance Billing Specialist. Dr. Timothy Moore and Dr. Marisa Fox are currently seeking a qualified applicant to join our dental office team. An ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience within a dental office or medical office. This position is responsible for managing the accounts receivable and communicating with patients and insurance companies regarding their coverage. Required skills include Reliability, Attention to detail, Basic Accounting and Database skills, Excellent phone etiquette, Self-motivated. We are willing to provide specific dental training for the right person with the right skill set. Our goal is to provide a high-quality dental experience that reduces the anxiety and stress related to dental care. This includes the logistics of financial responsibilities and insurance. This candidate will serve a vital role in that experience.

Weekly Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30. Health insurance, Paid Time Off, and Retirement available.

Pay Dependent on Experience. ($15-25/hour)
